I arrived in Bangkok at 1:30am last night and it almost looked like L.A. We went to a Hotel (a really nice hotel) and got our room keys. I thought i got a room all to my self but it turns out that i have a roommate from Switzerland. its really cool here except for the heat. its not that hot but the humidity is just crazy. you dont sweat, the moistier sticks to you and puts a thin coat of water around your skin. I kind of like it. also i had to pay for the internet at this hotel. it cost 150 bhat which is equal to about 5 U.S dollars. It was funny, the lady and i had to write numbers down on paper because we could not understand each others numbers. i thought she said 15 but she was saying 150 and when i said 15 i thought it was 15 baht but i was wrong. so we just wrote down the numbers and my hotel number as well. I leave to a meeting at 10:00am and probley go all day. Also in case you dont know we have exactly 14 hrs differince so its 7:43am for me and 5:43pm in L.A. So ill probley be meeting my host family today for me and tomarrow for L.A.
